How the card maker works

Type two names, choose a wish, a style and a picture, and the card appears right away. Press "Copy card link" and send it by WhatsApp, SMS or email. When your friend opens the link, they see your card with the snow falling. You can also download the card as a picture to post as a status.

Why is it private?

The names and the message are packed into the part of the link after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to the website, so we never receive it and cannot store it. Anyone you give the link to can read it, so only share it with people you want to see it.

Ideas for your wish

  • Add a small memory only you two share.
  • Keep it short. Two sentences are enough.
  • Send the link a day early, so it is there when they wake up on Christmas morning.
